Industrial Knives

We manufacture circular knives for slitter machines, serving manufacturers and end users with commitment and reliability. The blades are constructed from various materials according to the customer’s specific requirements. We have access to a wide range of materials, which we source from leading national and European steel suppliers.

Should there be any doubts about the material to use, we provide a detailed consultation on the best solution regarding the specific cutting requirements, the material to be processed, and thicknesses. In cases where the customer has doubts about the material used in previously purchased blades, we have metallographic tools to conduct a sample analysis and accurately determine the material used and the chemical composition of the elements.

To enhance resistance to fatigue and wear, which is crucial for the final blade quality, various types of surface treatments are available: TiN, PVD e TiAIN.

Our blades guarantee: stringent dimensional and geometric tolerances, appropriate hardness, high wear resistance, high fatigue resistance and surface treatments.
